Milagros Guadalupe Ramos Castro, has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Maritime Port and Multimodal Transport is currently studying the last year of the Bachelor of Law and Political Science. It was the first recipient of the National Public Speaking Competition in 2005, becoming the years following the image of the company organizing advertising campaigns. She also worked as a news anchor. Has had an outstanding participation in the Youth Assembly of Deputies where by popular vote held the positions of Deputy Circuit Youth 7-3, Vice President, Secretary General and Advisor to the Youth Assembly. Queen was 150 years Macaracas District Foundation and each year participates in the National Competition where Pollera has always managed to get awards in different categories. It has also been Meritorious Daughter and Speaker of the Fund in different districts of the Province of Los Santos. As part of its social, built the Hall of Dentistry and Nursing at the College Rafael Antonio Moreno, who provide services to all students, faculty and staff on campus. Also early on involved in social projects such as: delivery of wheelchairs and beds for the disabled. She is Milagros Ramos, candidate for Miss Panama 2012.
